Follow the requirements below that best describes your living situation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you are a Home Owner<\/strong><br \/>\nyou <b>MUST <\/b>provide the following <b>three <\/b>documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>current mortgage\/HUD statement (dated within 30 days) or deed, with all required signatures<\/li>\n<li>one current utility bill dated within 30 days (for new services an activation notice may be accepted)<\/li>\n<li>driver\u2019s license\/ID card (for identification purposes only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>AND <\/b>you <b>MUST <\/b>provide <b>one <\/b>additional current document showing your address from the list below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>bank statement<\/li>\n<li>cell phone statement<\/li>\n<li>credit card statement<\/li>\n<li>homeowners insurance policy<\/li>\n<li>medical insurance statement<\/li>\n<li>paycheck stub<\/li>\n<li>property tax record<\/li>\n<li>termite bond<\/li>\n<li>vehicle registration<\/li>\n<li>one additional current utility bill dated within 30 days (for new services an activation notice may be accepted)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>If you are a Renter<\/strong><br \/>\nyou <b>MUST <\/b>provide the following <b>three <\/b>documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current lease with the names of everyone living in the household listed on the lease. Lease must have both tenant and landlord\/property manager\u2019s signature and contact information.
